BeaconFire is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to own recruiting strategy, pipelines, operations, and recruiter development. This hands-on role focuses on process improvement, performance analysis, and building a high-performing recruiting team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across technology roles.
• Experience recruiting Software Engineers, Data/AI professionals is a strong plus.
• Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, job boards and ATS/CRM systems.
• Strong sourcing, candidate engagement, interviewing, and KPI-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Recruit across Software Engineering, Data/AI, and technical roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies using multiple channels and tools.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coach recruiters, review performance, and improve workflows and processes.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand priorities and deliver qualified candidates.
