Responsibilities

• Drive hiring results across an assigned region and monitor staffing levels, open positions, and hiring forecasts.
• Partner with regional operational leaders to address staffing challenges and implement recruiting strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
• Champion AI technologies and automated workflows to improve efficiency and scalability of recruiting processes.
• Monitor KPIs and present hiring updates and recommendations to regional leadership.

Beacon Mobility Corp.The Regional Lead Recruiter serves as the recruiting leader for an assigned geographic region, driving hiring results and serves as the primary Talent Acquisition business partner for regional operations leaders. We have four different regions, Central (Mid-west), New England, New York, and Mid-Atlantic. The Regional Lead Recruiter is accountable for achieving staffing goals for the region, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience, and driving the success of strategic recruiting initiatives within the region.**What You'll Own****Regional Hiring Results*** Drive hiring performance across an assigned region.* Monitor staffing levels, open positions, hiring forecasts, and workforce plans.* Partner with operational leaders to proactively address staffing challenges.* Develop recruiting strategies for high-priority and hard-to-fill positions.* Assist in rolling out new initiative or recruiting programs.**Regional Talent Partner*** Serve as the primary TA partner for regional leadership teams.* Work with TA leaders to provide labor market insights and hiring recommendations.* Communicate recruiting progress, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.**AI, Automation & Process Excellence*** Champion use of Workday, Leena AI, and other AI technologies.* Drive adoption of automated workflows and AI-powered recruiting tools.* Continuously improve recruiting efficiency, scalability, and consistency.**Metrics & Reporting*** Monitor recruiting KPIs including: + Time-to-fill + Fill rate + Staffing percentage + Candidate conversion rates + Source effectiveness + Offer acceptance rate + 90-day retention* Identify trends and implement corrective actions.* Present hiring updates and recommendations to regional leadership.**Compliance & Risk Management*** Ensure recruiting activities comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment regulations.* Support DOT and FMCSA hiring requirements where applicable.* Maintain accurate documentation and hiring records.* Promote fair, objective, and compliant hiring practices. **Qualifications****Required*** 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.* Demonstrated ability to deliver results with urgency in high-volume recruiting environments.* Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and workforce planning.* Experience using ATS platforms such as Workday.* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.**Preferred*** Transportation, logistics, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, or distributed workforce recruiting experience.* Experience recruiting CDL drivers, mechanics, technicians, or other frontline operational roles.* Experience implementing recruiting process improvements and automation.* Experience using AI recruiting tools and workflow automation platforms. **Department:** Talent Acquisition **Reports To:** Director, Talent Acquisition (or VP Talent Acquisition) **Location:** Remote with regional travelSalary: $95,000 - $115,000 base plus 10% annual bonusBeacon Mobility is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
