• Partner with leaders to build regional hiring strategies.
• Improve recruiter productivity and stakeholder experience.
• Provide analytics on funnel health, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness.
• Coach teams and manage performance toward hiring goals.
• Enhance candidate and stakeholder experience in line with company values.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and reporting.
