Job summary

AmeriVet Veterinary Partners is seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead a team of regional recruiters across its veterinary partner clinics. You will design a scalable operating model, drive standardized practices, and partner with regional leaders to translate business needs into effective recruiting plans.

You will provide analytics, optimize processes, and coach recruiters to improve pipeline quality and time-to-fill while delivering an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing recruiters or talent acquisition professionals.
• Experience in decentralized, multi-site operating environments such as healthcare/veterinary or similar field-based settings.
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute regional recruiting strategies to meet hiring targets.
• Experience using ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms, reporting dashboards, and engagement tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Recruiting Team: coach, develop, and align recruiters to business priorities and hiring goals.
• Build a scalable operating model with standardized processes and effective use of recruiting tools.
• Develop regional hiring strategies by assessing talent needs and market dynamics across AmeriVet’s clinics.
• Drive recruiter effectiveness through ATS workflows, sourcing platforms, dashboards, and engagement tools.
• Serve as a strategic TA partner to Regional VPs and Operations Directors, aligning priorities with business growth.
• Provide robust recruiting analytics on funnel health, pipeline activity, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness.
• Set expectations, monitor performance, and coach for accountability and continuous improvement.
• Champion a high-touch candidate and stakeholder experience aligned with AmeriVet’s values.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and reporting for better hiring outcomes.
• Monitor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability to guide strategy.
