AmeriVet Veterinary Partners is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead a team of regional recruiters, delivering consistent, high-quality recruiting support across AmeriVet’s regions. You will translate business needs into scalable recruiting plans and partner with regional and divisional leaders to drive hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years managing recruiters or talent acquisition professionals.
• Experience in decentralized, multi-site healthcare/veterinary settings.
• Proven ability to build regional recruiting strategies that meet targets.
• Strong analytical skills translating data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Recruiting Team and coach members.
• Build a scalable operating model for recruiting support and processes.
• Develop regional hiring strategies with regional/divisional leaders.
• Drive recruiter effectiveness using ATS, sourcing platforms, and dashboards.
• Partner with Regional VPs, Operations Directors, and Practice Managers.
• Provide analytics on funnel health, pipeline activity, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness.
• Set expectations, monitor performance, and coach for growth.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and outcomes.
• Monitor market trends and compensation benchmarks to guide strategy.
