Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition Manager and Scheduling Coordinators to drive and execute talent acquisition plans.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for the area/region assigned.
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers.
• Drive metrics like hires, time-to-fill, and quality of hires.
• Ensure a professional, positive candidate experience.
