Job summary

AVCON, INC. in Orlando, FL is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract quality candidates and manage the full recruiting cycle—from posting and sourcing to interviewing, offers, and onboarding.

You will partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies, build diverse candidate pipelines, and ensure compliance with EEO/OFCCP regulations while maintaining accurate records and a high level of candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent.
• 2-3 years recruiting experience in the A/E/C industry.
• Technical agency experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain multiple requisitions for various teams and locations.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment/sourcing strategies.
• Utilize social media, job boards, colleges/universities, cold calling, and other methods to source candidates.
• Manage communication with candidates: scheduling, pre-screening, interviews, and offers.
• Maintain records in compliance with EEO/OFCCP regulations.
• Coordinate college recruiting activities and onboarding processes.
• Establish relationships with partner agencies for candidate sourcing.
• Occasional nights/weekends may be required.
