Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional work experience in a coordinator, project support, or administrative capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage interview scheduling across time zones and multiple stakeholders.
• Serve as main contact for candidates, providing high-touch experience.
• Coordinate travel, prepare interview materials, and maintain ATS data.
• Support creation of PowerPoint updates for TA and cross-functional meetings.
