Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks an ASCO Regional System Architect - West to drive growth for complex projects across the US. You will support field sales with technical expertise in low and medium voltage systems and EcoStruxure Power, managing bids and optimizing quotes.

The role requires travel up to 25–30% and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver profitable solutions. Compensation reflects market ranges for senior regional architects in the US, with a comprehensive Total Rewards

Qualifications

Four-year technical degree or equivalent experience in mechanical or electrical engineering.
5+ years in Business Development/Sales in complex sales environments.
Strong presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences.
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Visio, Salesforce and Adobe Acrobat.
Expertise in low voltage and medium voltage power systems and EcoStruxure Power.

Responsibilities

Establish and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth and profitability for complex projects.
Adapt presentation skills to meet needs of different audiences including C-level personnel, consultants, contractors, and decision makers.
Collaborate with sales teams to execute ASCO Power Technologies initiatives.
Implement ASCO SOM in the assigned US sales geography to increase sales and hit rate for complex projects.
Clearly articulate best offer and solution using system knowledge, bid strategy, and resources.
Manage pipeline of opportunities, coordinate with ASM/Field Sales to select preferred projects.
Provide offer launch and ongoing technical support for ASCO Power Technologies offer management and marketing.
Assist with system design and quote optimization leveraging LV/MV expertise.
Provide EcoStruxure Power expertise, promotion, and design support in IoT architectures.
