Job summary

The Hana Group is seeking a Regional Sushi Chef to oversee sushi kiosk operations in Atlanta, Georgia. This field-based role requires expert sushi preparation alongside hands-on leadership and training of staff at multiple locations.

As a subject matter expert, you'll ensure quality and food safety standards, while actively engaging with customers to create a positive dining experience. The position demands at least three years of sushi rolling experience and includes extensive travel within the metro area.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in the food service industry with sushi rolling experience required.
• Demonstrated expert knife skills, including cutting large fish for sashimi and nigiri.
• Strong working knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and influence others through hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an expert in cutting, slicing, and filleting fish and preparing vegetables for sushi production.
• Prepare sushi dishes according to established company guidelines.
• Travel within a designated metro area to support multiple kiosk locations.
