Hana Group North America is seeking a Sushi Team Leader to oversee on-site operations, schedule adherence, product ordering, and food safety across kiosks. You will train Sushi Chefs, prep ingredients, and ensure clean, safe work environments while engaging customers and clients.

Responsibilities include driving sales, managing costs, and mentoring the team to uphold company standards and flavor excellence. Strong English communication and leadership are required.

Competenze

• Minimum of three years in the food service industry; sushi rolling experience required.
• Excellent knife skills for sashimi & nigiri, and prepping vegetables for rolls.
