Job summary

Applied Medical is seeking a Regional Account Manager Associate to support surgical cases across the San Francisco Bay Area. You will work within a team to provide in-room product support, clinical expertise, and timely case coverage across multiple accounts.

You will collaborate with territory sales reps and leadership to ensure successful execution of sales and service strategies while building strong relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and hospital administrators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• 0-2+ years in sales, healthcare, or clinical support.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across the district.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Able to learn complex medical terminology and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgical case coverage across multiple accounts within the district.
• Deliver clinical and technical expertise to surgeons, nurses, and staff in the OR.
• Partner with territory sales reps and leadership to execute sales and service strategies.
• Develop relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and hospital administrators.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products, techniques, and competitive offerings.
• Assist with staff education, product training, and in-servicing.
• Maintain accurate records of case activity and territory support.
• Travel extensively across the district and adapt to urgent coverage needs.
• Adhere to company, industry, and regulatory standards.
