Job summary

Applied Medical is seeking a Regional Account Manager Associate in the Kansas City area to provide in-surgery product support and clinical expertise. You will work with district leadership and sales teams to ensure effective execution of strategies while building strong relationships with physicians, nurses, and hospital staff.

This role requires 1–2+ years in sales, healthcare, or clinical support, a 4-year degree, and willingness to travel across a 2–3 state district.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2+ years of sales, healthcare, or clinical support experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel across a 2–3 state district and adapt to short-notice schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgical case coverage across multiple accounts in the district.
• Serve as district-wide resource for case coverage, evaluations, and staff absences.
• Deliver clinical and technical expertise to surgeons and OR staff during procedures.
• Partner with territory reps and leadership to execute sales and service strategies.
• Develop relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and hospital administrators.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products, techniques, and competitive offerings to support procedural success.
• Assist with staff education and product training to ensure proper adoption.
• Maintain accurate records of case activity and territory support.
• Travel extensively across 2–3 states with a flexible schedule for urgent coverage.
• Adhere to regulatory standards for compliance and customer interactions.
