Job summary

Applied Medical Corporation seeks a Regional Account Manager Associate to deliver surgical case coverage across a multi-state district in the Minneapolis area. You will act as a district resource, providing clinical expertise to surgeons, nurses and OR staff while partnering with sales leadership to execute service and sales strategies.

The role requires strong communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills, along with willingness to travel and quickly learn medical terminology

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2+ years in sales, healthcare, or clinical support.
• Willingness to travel across a 2–3 state district.
• Ability to learn complex medical terminology and procedural knowledge.
• Must reside in the geographic location or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgical case coverage across assigned multi-state district.
• Serve as district-wide resource for case coverage, evaluations, and staff absences.
• Deliver clinical and technical expertise to surgeons, nurses and OR staff during procedures.
• Partner with territory sales reps and district leadership to execute sales strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, clinical staff and hospital admins.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products, techniques and competitive offerings.
• Assist with staff education and in-servicing for device adoption.
• Maintain records of case activity and feedback using reporting tools.
• Travel extensively across 2–3 states with a flexible schedule for urgent coverage.
• Adhere to compliance, quality and customer interaction standards.
