Compass International Holdings is seeking a Regional Support Specialist to join our Coldwell Banker team. You’ll support agents, branch leaders, and marketing efforts, working from a branch office with the regional support group.

The role blends office operations, marketing support, and onboarding to keep the office running smoothly and strategically. You’ll assist with tech questions, social media marketing, and coordinating with several teams while growing your skills in a collaborative

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience; real estate office experience preferred.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook/Instagram) for marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with PCs, Macs, and mobile platforms; ability to navigate software
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness to travel to additional offices in the region

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove service for agents and clients visiting offices; promote available support services
• Support agents with technology, processes, or operational questions
• Provide basic social media and marketing support to agents and manage office social media accounts
• Collaborate with Branch Manager and onboarding team to facilitate agent onboarding and orientation
• Assist Branch Manager with coaching, business plan development, and events support
• Identify opportunities for process or product enhancements
