Anywhere Real Estate is seeking a Regional Support Specialist (RSS) to back Coldwell Banker agents, branch leaders, and marketing efforts. Based in a branch office, you’ll coordinate with the regional team and leverage tools like MoxiWorks and Listing Concierge to keep operations running smoothly.

The role emphasizes organized, tech-savvy support in a busy, collaborative environment with opportunities to grow skills and impact the network of offices.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service experience preferred, with prior experience in a real estate office being advantageous.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram) and how they are used in marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with PCs, Macs, and Mobile platforms; ability to navigate computer software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences including agents, branch managers, customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Customer-focused, delivery-oriented mindset, and ability to multi-task.
• Willingness to be nimble and adjust priorities as needed.
• Ability to travel to additional offices in the region on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove service for agents and clients visiting our offices, promoting the teams available to support them including Primary Services and Transaction Concierge.
• Support agents with any technology, process, or operationally related questions.
• Provide basic social media and marketing support to agents and manage office social media accounts, on-demand.
• Promote a friendly, inclusive office culture that reinforces our agent value proposition.
• Coordinate with and across other Agent Services teams to address transaction-related questions or issues.
• Collaborate with the Agent Onboarding Team to facilitate onboarding, conduct comprehensive office orientation, and train on company tools (e.g., MoxiWorks, Prospect Square, Listing Concierge).
• Be the Culture Carrier for the Branch and Region, promoting CB Cares and a community environment for Agents and Consumers.
• Assist Branch Manager with sales meetings, new agent orientations, and social media marketing support for the branch.
• Assist in recognizing agent performance with awards, content, and activities.
• Assist in recruiting agents, pulling local reports and license data, and coordinating appointments and visits.
• Support business-planning and coaching with new agents; follow up on plans and provide accountability.
• Identify process or product improvements to review and implement.
• Greet and direct agents and clients to workspaces or conference rooms; collaborate with facilities and IT to keep items in order; maintain supplies and mail distribution.
