Job summary

Coldwell Banker is seeking a Regional Support Specialist in Charlotte, NC to serve as the heartbeat of the branch offices, assisting agents, branch leaders, and marketing efforts while keeping operations smooth and strategic.

The role encompasses agent support, branch leader assistance, and office organization. You’ll troubleshoot systems, assist with scheduling, and provide basic social media and marketing support. A collaborative, tech-savvy, organized mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service experience preferred, real estate office experience advantageous.
• Familiarity with social media platforms used in marketing (Facebook/Instagram) is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with various operating systems (PCs, Macs, mobile) and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Ability to communicate with diverse audiences including agents, branch managers, customers, and internal teams.
• Willingness to be nimble, adjust priorities, and travel to additional offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove service for agents and clients visiting offices, promoting available support services.
• Support agents with technology, process, and operational questions.
• Provide basic social media and marketing support to agents and manage office social media accounts, on-demand.
• Promote a friendly, inclusive office culture and agent value proposition.
• Coordinate with other Agent Services teams to direct agents on transaction-related questions.
• Assist with onboarding, training on company tools, and partner introductions.
• Be the Culture Carrier for the Branch and Region, supporting events and CB Cares.
