You will troubleshoot office systems, assist with scheduling, and support marketing initiatives, including social media and in-house tools. A collaborative, tech‑savvy approach helps you thrive here.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service experience preferred; experience in a real estate office is advantageous.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram) and their marketing use.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to navigate multiple operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove agent and client service at offices and coordinate with Agent Services teams.
• Assist agents with technology, processes, and operational questions; support social media marketing efforts.
• Lead office organization, scheduling, and onboarding activities; support branch events and meetings.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager on coaching new agents, business plans, and opportunities; aid in recruitment and onboarding.
