Compass International Holdings is seeking a Regional Support Specialist to be the heartbeat of our Coldwell Banker offices. You’ll support agents, branch leaders, and marketing efforts, helping operations run smoothly and strategically.

The RSS will work from a branch and partner with regional teams, assisting with technology, onboarding, social media, and office procedures. A curious, organized, tech-savvy candidate thrives in a busy, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, preferably in real estate.
• Familiar with social media platforms for marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with PCs, Macs, and mobile devices.
• Strong MS Office skills preferred.
• Able to travel regionally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove service for agents and clients in offices.
• Support agents with technology, processes, or operations questions.
• Assist with basic social media and marketing for agents and manage office social accounts.
• Promote a friendly, inclusive office culture and agent value proposition.
• Coordinate with other teams on transaction-related questions or issues.
• Support agent onboarding and office orientation with company tools.
• Greet and direct agents and clients to spaces; liaise with facilities and IT.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and distribute mail promptly.
