Job summary

Anywhere Real Estate is seeking a Regional Support Specialist to bolster agent and branch operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will assist with technology, onboarding, and marketing support, while helping maintain a welcoming office culture.

Role requires organizational skills, tech-savviness, and a willingness to learn about our tools and processes. Travel between regional offices is sometimes required.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service experience preferred, real estate office experience advantageous.
• Familiarity with Facebook/Instagram and their marketing use.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Proficiency with PCs, Macs, and mobile platforms; ability to navigate software.
• MS Office proficiency strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove agent and client service in offices; promote support teams and services.
• Assist agents with technology, processes, or operational questions; social media support on-demand.
• Coordinate marketing support and social media management for the branch office.
• Support Branch Leader with meetings, onboarding, culture, and event coordination.
• Assist in recruitment activity and in providing coaching to new agents.
• Collaborate with facilities and IT to keep office items in working order.
