Job summary

Anywhere Real Estate Inc. is seeking a Regional Support Specialist Supervisor to provide essential administrative and customer service support to branch offices, leaders, and agents.

The role acts as the first escalation point, manages team workflow and coverage, and coaches RSS teams within the pod. The RSS will also serve in-person in a designated office, supporting agent transactions and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in office branch support experience.
• 1+ years customer service experience preferred; Prior Real Estate office experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Technologically proficient with PCs and Macs and able to navigate software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of escalation for questions and issues.
• Manage RSS workflow and employee absences.
• Coach RSS’s within pod as opportunities arise.
• Liaison to Branch Managers in your pod.
• Support RSS Leadership with performance feedback.
• Manage RSS Team huddles in your pod.
• Manage compliance issues.
• Work on special projects as needed.
• In collaboration with facilities and IT, ensure office items function; stock supplies; greet agents/customers.
• Provide white-glove service for agents and clients visiting offices; assist with tech/process questions.
• Promote friendly, inclusive office culture; support onboarding.
