Anywhere Real Estate is seeking a Regional Support Specialist to bolster agent and branch performance across offices in the NJ region. Based in a local branch, you’ll troubleshoot systems, assist with scheduling, and support marketing via social tools and in-house platforms.

The role emphasizes organization, tech-savviness, teamwork, and a proactive, learning mindset. Travel across regional offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram) and how they’re used in marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Customer-focused, delivery-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Willingness to be nimble and adjust priorities; ability to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove agent and client support at offices; promote available services.
• Assist agents with technology, processes, or operational questions.
• Provide basic social media and marketing support and manage office social accounts.
• Foster a friendly, inclusive office culture aligned with agent value proposition.
• Coordinate with other teams to address transaction-related questions or issues.
• Assist onboarding and training on company tools and partner introductions.
