Qualifications

• 2+ years in office branch support
• 1+ years customer service preferred; real estate office exp. preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and PC/Mac software

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of escalation for questions and issues
• Manage RSS workflow and employee absences
• Coach RSS staff within pod
• Liaison to Branch Managers in your pod
• Support RSS Leadership with performance feedback
• Manage RSS team huddles and compliance issues
• Coordinate agent transactions support and office administration
