Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for marketing purposes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with multiple operating systems and MS Office.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove agent and client office support and coordinate services.
• Assist agents with technology, processes, and operations questions.
• Offer basic social media and marketing support for agents and manage office accounts.
• Drive a friendly, inclusive office culture and collaborate with other teams.
• Support agent onboarding, orientation, and training on company tools.
• Coordinate branch events, meetings, and social media marketing efforts.
