Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking an experienced manager to oversee distribution and transmission substation operations and maintenance across a defined geographic region. You will be accountable for safety, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and budget planning, leading a team of professionals and coordinating across internal groups.

The role requires deep knowledge of transmission/distribution systems, strong leadership, and a track record in energy delivery operations.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, related discipline or equivalent experience.
• MS in Engineering or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages maintenance performance of assets per schedules and methods.
• Monitors KPI trends and recommends actions to improve performance.
• Directs safety awareness and compliance initiatives within the division.
• Develops employees using performance management and coaching.
