Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a Substation Supervisor to lead construction, maintenance, and repair of substation equipment and to drive safe, reliable operations. You will analyze maintenance data, coordinate staffing and materials, and supervise crews to meet schedules and quality standards.

The role requires 5–10 years of supervisory experience in substation facilities, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and a valid driver's license (CDL preferred).

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of power system maintenance and operation.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable work practices and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervises crews in construction and maintenance activities for T&D substations.
• Coordinates maintenance and construction of assigned assets with staffing, materials and equipment according to schedules.
• Responsible for the reliability and condition of substation assets.
• Analyzes maintenance data and inputs into company database.
• Sets clear expectations and provides ongoing feedback to employees on performance.
