Eversource Energy in Connecticut is seeking a Substation Supervisor to lead construction, maintenance, and repair of substation equipment. You will analyze historical data to set maintenance requirements and promote a safety-first culture while delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in supervising crews and maintenance.
• Need valid driver\'s license; CDL preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervises crews in construction and maintenance of T&D substations.
• Coordinates staffing, materials, and equipment with other sections and contractors.
• Ensures reliability and condition of substation assets.
• Analyzes maintenance data and inputs into the company database.
• Directs safety initiatives and maintains a customer-first approach.
• Off-hour on-call and weekend shift rotation required.
