Employbridge seeks a strategic Market Leader to drive growth in the Chambersburg, PA market, overseeing operations across Chambersburg, PA and Hagerstown, MD. The role focuses on operational excellence, team development, client growth, and recruiting performance as the primary leader for a recruiting support team.

You will lead branch operations, coach a team of recruiters, and build strong client relationships while aligning with sales for new opportunities and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Staffing industry experience required.
• 4+ years of leadership, operations, staffing, or workforce management experience.
• Strong recruiting background with ability to lead recruiting strategy and execution.
• Hands-on leadership style with ability to coach, mentor, and motivate teams.
• Strategic thinker who can balance day-to-day operations with long-term growth.
• Excellent client-facing skills and confidence in building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations across Chambersburg, PA and Hagerstown, MD, ensuring exceptional service and performance.
• Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and development for a team of recruiters.
• Build talent pipelines and deliver recruiting results to support growth.
• Establish processes and performance standards to drive consistency and results.
• Partner with sales and recruiting to expand client relationships and opportunities.
• Develop strategic plans to increase applicant traffic and strengthen pipelines.
