Qualificações

• Proven top-quartile performance in pharma sales.
• 3+ years of Urology experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a field-based team of 8–10 Territory Sales Managers within a defined Region.
• Achieve or exceed sales budgets and regional objectives.
• Coach and develop reps with candid, respectful feedback.
• Analyze market trends and align regional strategies with corporate goals.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Operations, HR and QA for compliant execution.
