The role requires 4+ years in pharma sales management with a proven top-quartile track record and 3+ years in Urology. Expect 60-80% travel and a demanding, compliance-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• B.A. or B.S. degree from an accredited college or university.
• 4 years' experience in pharmaceutical sales management (first-line leader with direct people accountability).
• Proven track record of top-ranked pharmaceutical performance (top 25% nationally) is required.
• 3+ years of Urology experience is preferred.

• Achieve/exceed sales budgets and regional objectives.
• Lead and coach a field-based team of 8-10 Territory Sales Managers.
• Develop regional sales strategies aligned to opportunities.
