Job summary

Cambium Learning Group is seeking a Regional Manager, Solutions for the CA/NV region. This role leads a high-performing sales team focused on new business and account expansion within K-12 school districts, delivering forecasts and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in education technology sales, deep knowledge of regional dynamics, and strong leadership and communication skills. Remote-first expectations are complemented by travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years sales experience in K-12 education, ideally with technology and curriculum solutions.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Experience with Lexia’s product portfolio preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a data-informed regional strategy to drive new business growth and deepen partnerships.
• Monitor state and local education policy trends to inform sales strategy.
• Set clear goals and coach team members to achieve targets.
• Analyze account development to optimize productivity and resource allocation.
• Travel with sales reps to engage district leaders and build relationships.
• Provide hands-on support through the sales cycle including pricing and contracts.
• Guide strategic account planning and maintain executive relationships.
