Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a high-performing SE team aligned to regional goals.
Create territory plans by compiling SE feedback and market demand insights.
Collaborate with Regional Sales Leader to prioritize opportunities and review trends.
Monitor team performance and drive improvements across programs and processes.
