Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, Solutions Architecture to lead a team of Solutions Architects delivering complex deployments across AWS, GCP, Azure, and on‑prem environments. This role combines hands‑on architecture reviews, escalations, and deployment work with building scalable regional capabilities and ramping new hires.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing a customer-facing technical team with hiring responsibility
• 7+ years hands-on infrastructure, platform, or SRE experience
• Hands-on Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm expertise; networking and cloud services knowledge
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and at least one cloud platform (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of Solutions Architects covering regional deployments
• Stay hands-on with architecture reviews, deployments escalations, and root-cause analysis
• Own regional coverage model including on-call and escalation paths
• Partner with Sales Engineering, Field Engineering, and Support on pre-sales validation and deployment planning
• Drive reusable assets: reference architectures, runbooks, and enablement content
• Deliver technical workshops, demos, and customer enablement sessions
• Influence roadmap and tooling priorities through field feedback
