Job summary

CoreWeave in San Francisco seeks a Director, Solutions Architecture to own the function across REGION — leading managers and senior individual contributors responsible for how W&B is deployed and operated in our largest and most complex accounts, across AWS, GCP, Azure, and on‑prem and air‑gapped environments.

You will be a peer to Sales, Field Engineering, Support, and Product leadership, accountable for adoption, retention, and regional expansion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading a customer-facing technical organization.
• 12+ years total experience in infrastructure, platform, SRE, or solutions engineering.
• Experience scaling post-sales or field technical functions with revenue and geography growth.

Responsibilities

• Own Solutions Architecture across REGION: strategy, operating model, headcount planning, capacity forecasting.
• Build and develop the management layer by hiring and coaching managers and team leads.
• Define how deployments scale with reference architectures, automation, IaC standards, and SLAs.
