CoreWeave is hiring a Director of Solutions Architecture to own the function across [REGION], leading managers and senior ICs responsible for deployment and operation of W&B across AWS, GCP, Azure and on‑prem environments. You will collaborate with Sales, Field Engineering, Support, and Product to drive regional adoption and expansion.

The role requires 5+ years leading a customer-facing tech organization and 12+ years in infrastructure, SRE, or solutions engineering, with deep Kubernetes/Cloud

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading a customer-facing technical organization.
• 12+ years total experience in infrastructure, SRE, or solutions engineering.
• Proven track record scaling post-sales or field tech teams.
• Experience with multiple clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure) and on-prem.
• Strong Kubernetes, Helm, and containerization knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own Solutions Architecture strategy, operating model, and headcount plan for [REGION].
• Develop the management layer by hiring and coaching managers.
• Define deployment scale via reference architectures and IaC standards.
• Partner with Sales, Field Engineering, Support, and Product to drive adoption.
• Lead leverage programs to reduce delivery load and enable customers/partners.
