Insight is seeking a Regional Architect Manager who will lead ~10 Solutions Architects across the Southeast, guiding presales strategy and architecture delivery for five infrastructure domains. The role emphasizes building a high‑performing, learning‑driven team, aligning technical solutions with business outcomes, and collaborating with sales, delivery, and partner teams to drive growth across the region.

Travel is required for client engagements and regional events; remote work is supported

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in technology solutions or IT architecture.
• 5+ years leading presales or solutions teams.
• Experience with enterprise-scale engagements.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing Southeast presales team.
• Develop and execute presales strategy and reference architectures.
• Engage with senior IT leaders and participate in workshops.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless handoffs.
• Identify and pursue opportunities across five infrastructure domains.
