Job summary

CoreWeave's Weights & Biases Solutions Architecture team seeks a Director to own the function across REGION, lead managers and senior contributors, and drive delivery across AWS, GCP, Azure, and on-prem environments. Qualifications

• 5+ years leading a customer-facing technical organization, incl. 2+ years managing managers.
• 12+ years in infrastructure, platform, SRE, or solutions engineering with hands-on depth.
• Proven track record scaling post-sales or field technical functions with revenue impact.
• Experience across AWS, GCP, Azure and on-prem/self-managed deployments.
• Strong Linux/Unix experience and cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own Solutions Architecture across REGION: strategy, operating model, headcount, forecast.
• Build and develop the management layer by hiring and coaching managers.
• Define scalable deployments: reference architectures, IaC standards, deployment SLAs.
• Partner across Sales, Field Engineering, Support, and Product for regional adoption and expansion.
• Stand up leverage programs: enablement, self-service tooling, and documentation.
• Serve as executive sponsor for strategic accounts and represent engineering credibility.
• Translate field evidence into prioritized roadmap and platform investments.
