Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Regional Service Manager to oversee the operation and repair of solar and storage sites, including occasional commissioning. You will manage subcontractors and field technicians, ensure deadlines and budgets are met, and drive safety training and performance across the team.

You will also coordinate with commercial asset managers, interface with clients, and support field service activities while traveling up to 50% to locations across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or high school diploma with four years of equivalent experience
• Seven+ years in a similar role in construction or energy industries
• Experience leading contractors/remote technicians and driving safety
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel domestically up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and repair of solar and storage sites, incl. commissioning as needed
• Lead Field Services team and subcontractors to meet deadlines and budgets
• Ensure safety training, compliance with ENGIE and OSHA standards
• Interface with customers and clients to maintain professional relationships
• Prepare reports using reporting software and coordinate with Scheduling Coordinator
• Travel domestically up to 50% and support field service activities
