Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Software Regional Business Manager to accelerate NI software growth by connecting global strategy with regional execution. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, product, customer success, channel, distributor, and leadership teams to build pipeline, expand adoption, and drive measurable outcomes across broad-base and enterprise accounts.

You will own the regional growth plan, translate strategy into local market action, and drive performance through pipeline creation,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years in business management, sales, marketing, strategy, product management, or operations.
Experience owning business performance and growth initiatives.
Ability to influence stakeholders across functions in a global matrix.
Analytical and financial acumen with data-driven decision making.
Ability to prioritize, manage ambiguity, and execute quickly.
Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

Own and execute the regional software growth plan translating global strategy to local action.
Drive software business performance through pipeline, adoption, renewal, and retention initiatives.
Partner with sales, marketing, product, and leadership teams to accelerate growth.
Enable sellers and partners with tools, messaging, and workflow understanding.
Represent the regional voice to Software BU leadership with market feedback.
Lead through influence in a matrixed global organization with clear priorities and metrics.
