Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is seeking a Safety Leader to oversee Safety, Health and Environmental (SH&E) programs across specified Profit Centers. You will coordinate inspections, audits, and training, ensuring compliance with OSHA and DOT requirements and driving improvements in safety performance.

The role requires strong communication, data analysis, and the ability to travel as needed to regional locations. A bachelor’s degree in safety or related field plus 5+ years of experience is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years working with Safety, Health and Environmental Management Systems.
• Experience implementing safety programs and OSHA knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Prepare reports and recommend procedures to improve organizational performance.
• Oversee safety compliance across Sunbelt Rentals locations within their region.
• Lead Safety Coordinator training and ensure consistent policies and procedures.
• Track and trend safety metrics; report weekly regional results.
• Drive annual SH&E business planning with regional leadership.
