Atlas Copco seeks a Regional Sales Manager, Service to expand the regional service business. You will develop and execute sales strategies, coach teams, and work with cross-functional groups to grow market share in the assigned region.

You will report to the National Sales Manager, Service and travel as required to customer sites and regional events. A strong background in industrial compressors and English communication is essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum five years in the industrial compressor industry.
• Minimum 3 years managing teams and executing plans.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office, PowerBI, CRM and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and grow the regional service business by executing the sales strategy.
• Lead and coach sales team; set targets and monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Equipment Sales to capture opportunities.
• Standardize sales processes and drive sustainable pipeline development.
• Prepare short and long-term forecasts and analyze results.
• Travel as required to customer sites and regional events.
