Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Zone Service Manager for the CPS division. This remote-based role focuses on directing CPS regional service operations to achieve sales, profit, and growth, while elevating customer service.

You will lead a distributed team, develop new customers, manage budgets, and drive safety and quality programs across the region. The ideal candidate has five+ years leading service or engineering units, strong leadership experience, and a degree (Masters preferred).

Qualifications

• Minimum five years leading a service or engineering unit.
• Seven years of people leadership experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsoring employer.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate CPS Service regional operations toward sales, profit and growth goals.
• Provide strategic direction to identify and develop prospective new customers.
• Budget and procure capital equipment; manage quotes, costs, subcontractors and receivables.
• Recruit, train and develop staff; ensure leadership across dispersed field teams.
• Drive product/process improvements and share best practices across regions.
