Qualifications

• Two years technical school or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous leadership experience in a service environment.
• Previous field service work in a technical area desired.
• Valid driver’s license.
• SAP experience strongly preferred; Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development: guide service staff and foster a high-performance culture.
• Customer Relationship Management: maintain relationships with regional customers and handle escalations.
• Operational Oversight: ensure scheduling, resource allocation, and service execution.
• Strategic Planning & Budgeting: develop regional service strategy and budget.
• Financial Management: monitor P&L, approve invoices, and assist AR collections.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align service delivery with business goals and report to leadership.
