Job summary

Stiles Machinery is seeking a Regional Service Manager to oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment across the region. You will lead service technicians, maintain high safety and quality standards, and drive customer satisfaction at customer sites.

You will manage scheduling, budgeting, P&L oversight, invoicing approvals, and AR collections. Collaboration with regional sales and national service teams will be essential to align service delivery with company goals.

Qualifications

• Two years technical school or equivalent experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience leading a service team.
• Field service work in a technical area is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at customer locations within the region.
• Lead a team of service technicians, fostering safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and service execution to meet standards.
• Develop and manage regional service strategy and budget to support growth.
• Monitor regional P&L, approve service invoices, and support AR collections.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, national service, and other departments.
