Job summary

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Regional Service Manager for a well-established residential home services organization. This onsite role is based in Grand Rapids, MI and leads teams across sales, service, installation, warehouse, fleet, call center and dispatch.

You will use performance metrics and business insights to drive operational excellence, strengthen teams, and identify growth opportunities, reporting to the CEO in a strategic service-operations capacity.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated managerial leadership across multiple sites or teams.
• Uses KPIs and metrics to drive accountability and results.
• Strong communication and coaching skills for diverse teams.
• Experience mentoring managers and technical staff to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate managers and associates across locations.
• Oversee operations across sales, service, installation, warehouse, fleet, call center and dispatch.
• Partner with finance and executives to evaluate performance and drive initiatives.
• Establish KPIs and customer-satisfaction metrics to coach teams.
• Develop leadership across the organization through mentorship and training.
• Ensure staffing aligns with demand, including seasonal planning.
