Job summary

Southern Home Services is seeking a Regional Operations Support Manager to partner with local General/Line Managers, auditing, coaching and optimizing operations to maximize regional Gross Margin and EBITDA. The role is remote but you must reside near a North Region location in the US and travel as needed.

The candidate should have 5+ years of multi-site operations experience, strong MS Office skills, proficiency with ServiceTitan, and a proven turnaround track record transforming branches into

Qualifications

• Data-driven leadership to identify margin leakage and take corrective actions.
• Change management skills to drive process adoption among technicians.
• Strong tech stack knowledge including ServiceTitan and telematics.
• Excellent communication, reporting and customer rapport abilities.
• Proven ability to manage time and work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Audit, coach, and optimize operations to improve gross margins and EBITDA.
• Implement regional cost-containment and pricing integrity strategies.
• Monitor labor efficiency, timecard adherence, and dispatch efficiency.
• Oversee warehouse controls, inventory, and vendor partnerships.
• Ensure adherence to regional playbooks and CRM data accuracy.
• Drive AR reduction and cash flow optimization across branches.
• Promote safety and risk mitigation with field teams.
