Job summary

National Seating & Mobility is seeking a Regional Area Director to lead and optimize operations across branch locations in the region. You will partner with the Regional Vice President and executive leadership to elevate service levels, ensure compliant operations, and drive growth through strategic people initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution; focus in Business Administration, Healthcare administration, or relevant clinical/business discipline.
• A minimum of 8+ years of progressive management experience overseeing a complex business with aggregate financial and operational responsibility in healthcare.
• 5-8 years of leadership experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Customer service management experience within a service related business.
• Ability to travel extensively (generally 50%).
• Strong Problem Solving/Analysis – to include data analysis.
• High communication proficiency – written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch transaction cycle time, margins, expenses, and revenue goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and laws.
• Monitor branch quality and performance improvement; enforce standards.
• Report metrics to VP and executive leadership.
• Staffing and interviewing candidates; training and motivating staff.
• Collaborate with HR to resolve employee concerns.
• Lead growth and people development initiatives.
• Manage inventory to optimize sales and rental stock.
