Job summary

Bosselman Enterprises is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple Boss Shops locations within the region. You will supervise staffing, training, and operations to ensure profitability and adherence to safety standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, inventory control, and collaboration with maintenance, sales, and marketing teams. Extensive travel and 50-hour weeks are expected, with a clear path for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent, or five to eight years related experience.
• Ability to read and understand monthly P&L statements and budget controls.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel by air for meetings and training up to 50% time.
• Must communicate effectively in English and deliver customer service.

Responsibilities

• Follows OSHA and safety standards across the region.
• Oversees training programs for locations and the region.
• Maintains a profitable business unit and achieves budgeted goals.
• Ensure effective onboarding and orientation for new employees.
• Participate in business reviews with leadership and provide strategic input.
• Coordinate hiring of General Managers and work with recruiting for staffing.
• Attend job fairs and recruiting events.
• Fill in as General Manager at locations when needed.
• Perform inventory audits and maintain proper product levels.
• Coordinate with maintenance and construction to keep facilities well maintained.
• Communicate with Sales & Marketing as required.
• Lead regional market evaluations and maintain shop cleanliness.
• Evaluate location P&Ls and address opportunities; develop growth strategies.
