Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking a regional service leadership professional to drive receipt growth and regional performance. The role involves deploying resources, onboarding and training, and collaborating with regional sales to maximize program results.

You will manage scheduling, analyze receipt data, and develop action plans to improve service quality and profitability across the region. Travel up to 50% is required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve regional receipt objectives and performance metrics as directed by leadership.
• Deploy based on regional service resource needs including vacation coverage.
• Support strategies to improve quality of service and profitability regionally.
• Oversee regional onboarding and field training of service associates.
• Develop regional in-service scheduling and perform pre/post analyses.
• Assist in regional action plans for receipt growth and quotas.
• Lead and develop regional service associates with education and scheduling.
• Coordinate between regional service and field sales to drive results.
• Ensure account coding and form accuracy across regions.
• Analyze and share receipt opportunity data for regional business reviews.
• Utilize dashboards to identify growth opportunities and trends.
• Participate in strategic calls and drive program performance.
• Manage ongoing evaluation of strategic programs and report results.
• Maintain relationships with local sales reps and key customers.
• Understand receipt metrics and apply feedback to improve service.
• Support regional service training needs and feedback.
• Drive day-to-day regional service associate engagement.
• Lead receipt management activities within regional accounts.
