Stryker is seeking an Arterial Regional Manager to drive regional revenue growth and market development. You will lead Account Managers, build relationships with physicians, health systems, and stakeholders, and ensure operational excellence.

The role includes developing business plans, managing forecasts, and coaching a team to meet targets while upholding Stryker culture and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional support for program development and strategic initiatives with regional leaders and field sales.
• Own regional revenue, forecasts, and growth targets.
• Develop and execute business plans to expand market share, accounts, and customer relationships.
• Analyze performance, market trends, competition, and pipeline opportunities.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain key talent.
• Coach through field observations, reviews, planning, and feedback; address performance gaps and expectations.
